UBL responds: "We are completely bewildered by your feedback. If you are so aggrieved, then why has it taken a whole month since your purchase to advise that you are unhappy with what we sent you? The description and images confirmed; that the book is new, the format, the covers, the size, the pages, the blurb, the full contents/chapter page and a sample of the text and illustrations. If we provided any more detail on the chapters as you suggest, you would not need to purchase the book it the first place."

Anyway Aramex proved to be really difficult to contact to change the delivery address and the tracking number didn't work on their global site. They don't deliver to PO boxes anyway. All worked out in the end though. Thanks John."
