About

When John returned from the Middle East his vast and astounding collection of photographs, which were taken while in the New Zealand Army stationed in Egypt, was put into storage. Sixty years after they were taken, his photographs were rediscovered, bringing with them a bank of memories not often spoken about.

Illustrated throughout with monochrome images.
