UBL responds: "We are completely bewildered by your feedback. If you are so aggrieved, then why has it taken a whole month since your purchase to advise that you are unhappy with what we sent you? The description and images confirmed; that the book is new, the format, the covers, the size, the pages, the blurb, the full contents/chapter page and a sample of the text and illustrations. If we provided any more detail on the chapters as you suggest, you would not need to purchase the book it the first place."
