If we don’t hear from them in the next couple of days we will refund you in full for your purchase.

Yesterday you told us you don’t want a refund and to just try harder…..so we advised we are getting you another copy in.
Today another copy ordered and shipped to us at our cost is not acceptable……
Clearly we cannot win this one, so full refund now processed.

Book doesn't feel wet but that's the look like it's been wet and dried all wrinkled? I just wanted to check this was a new book?
UBS: Yes the book is absolute brand new. If the internal packing is not wet then it can only be the current humidity causing this as all books are checked during dispatch. All we can do is take it back for a refund if you prefer, as this is our last copy. Thanks.
